What a great experience with Susan! We have just returned from a 3-week journey, having left our outdoor cat, Daizy, as well as our garden and fruit trees, in Susan’s capable hands. In spite of a rather elaborate feeding routine for the cat and watering schedule for the garden, Susan has exceeded our expectations, finding ways to bond with our very shy kitty, and ensuring all plants and trees were well-watered and cared for through the summer heat. Susan communicated with us regularly, via text and email, providing thoughtful updates. We returned home to find kitty Daizy happy and healthy, with the yard in wonderful condition as well. Susan really went above and beyond in so many ways. We are thrilled with the care she provided, and will definitely call upon Susan again the next time we travel!

Susan was absolutely wonderful! She was on time and made sure to give each of my large dogs (Anatolian/Pyr) plenty of attention. She fed them and made sure they had water. Susan speaks softly and is totally at ease with dogs. They really like her, even my totally blind, fearful and not trusting boy was comfortable with her. That says a lot! I have used Susan's drop-in services many times. She is absolutely the best! My dogs LOVE her.

Susan just took care of my elderly dog and cats. She did a fantastic job. My pup needed antibiotics twice a day and Susan had no problem with that request. Susan is very thorough--she asked that I fill out a questionnaire during the consultation visit. While I was gone, she sent me texts/pix to update me. My pets were in very capable and kind hands. I highly recommend Susan and have already hired her again.

I booked Susan's Pet Sitting last month for the first time. Susan was pleasant, punctual, and experienced. She also allowed me to be flexible with the schedule. She sent me daily updates and took the time for my cat to adjust to her. She fed him, cleaned up after him, pet and brushed him, and even played with him. My wife and I used Susan with Susan's Pet Sitting for 12 days in Dec while we were out of town. She watched our 3 cats, doing 2 visits a day. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She was so professional, so nice, and made us completely comfortable with her taking care of our family members. She never missed a thing, and sent us updates and pictures every visit. She is so good with animals, and I think they all got really attached to her. It was a huge relief knowing they were in such good hands while we were out of town. I feel like we had really high expectations and Susan exceeded all of them. 100% will use her again the next time we need a pet sitter.
